Ever take a trip through The Villages and think it’d be great if there was a place like this for families? It’s happening! Announced recently, an all-new community — Middleton by The Villages, is coming to the area in 2023.

We realized early that in order to build a world-class community, we needed a world-class team.

Middleton is designed to provide a special place for those who work and serve residents of The Villages and our growing community.  This community will feature homes that offer a variety of styles and price ranges, whether you’re just getting started with your first home or looking to expand your spaces. Our planning teams are also working with the renowned architectural firm, SchenkelShultz to expand The Villages Charter School. Together, we are building a second K-8 campus as well as an expanded state-of-the-art high school and athletic center.

Imagine a neighborhood where kids can ride their bikes to school and parents can leave their car in the garage and stroll to dinner. Our vision is to create a place where the folks who design, build and nurture the community can have a home where they can live, work, and play.
