Originally from St. Charles, just outside St. Louis, Missouri, Zach Watson relocated to Florida in 2017 after his parents retired to The Villages. He completed his bachelor’s degree in business from the Warrington School of Business at the University of Florida while also launching his real estate career in 2019. Now, with six years of experience in the local market, Zach is excited to join the Properties of The Villages team.

Zach’s background in sales, spanning over a decade, has equipped him with the skills to truly understand his clients’ needs. Having watched his parents move and settle within The Villages multiple times, he has firsthand knowledge of what draws people to this vibrant community and how to match them with the perfect property.

In 2022, Zach took his passion for personal development to the next level by enrolling in a Dale Carnegie course focused on communication, leadership, and relationship-building. After more than a year of training, he earned his certification as a Dale Carnegie instructor in December 2023. Zach’s experience with Dale Carnegie has sharpened his ability to connect with clients, making communication and relationships the cornerstone of his real estate practice. He believes in building strong, lasting relationships rather than simply closing transactions.

Outside of real estate, Zach is excited to get married in late 2024 and start a family in Middleton, one of The Villages newest communities. Having recently built a home, he’s grown to love the area and feels connected to the community. On weekends, you’ll find him playing pickleball, attending St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, or spending time with family and friends. He looks forward to putting down roots and serving The Villages for years to come.
