Stacey started out with Properties of The Villages as a Sales Assistant in early 2012 and decided to join the representative team in the summer of 2013.

Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois as soon as she graduated high school, she moved down to the Sunshine State. Where she attended the College of Central Florida and received her degree in Business Administration.

Stacey often says, “I went to daycare in a real estate office,” because her grandmother owned an office in the suburbs of Chicago as Stacey was growing up. Stacey’s mother, grandmother, stepfather, and aunt all worked together selling and listing homes. Her father also had his real-estate license for a hobby on the side. Fast forward to the future and here in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown, Stacey is making dreams come true one rooftop at a time.

If she is with family, she is happy. Stacey is married to Joedy and they have a blessed and blended family. Joedy has two older sons, Devan and Landen. They are the best brothers to Joedy and Stacey’s son Cash, who was born in 2019. As a family they all love being outdoors and anything on the water. Boating, fishing or even just a day at the beach is what Stacey wants to be doing on her down time.

Close to 10+ years of experience under Stacey’s belt, she is extremely fortunate to be working in such an exception and growing community. Every day is a success for Stacey in her eyes and meeting with people to move them forward in making their dreams come true. She has seen The Villages grow so much and feels like she has grown professionally simultaneously.

The thing Stacey loves most working for the company, is that she never really feels like she’s at work. Every day is a different day and something new always happens. The team at Properties of The Villages that helped her get to where she is today is exceptional. She has never worked somewhere where everyone truly looks out for everyone else. The Villages always says that they are making dreams come true, and Stacey truly believe that they aren’t only making dreams come true for residents, but also for her with a career.
