Ronda was born in Ohio and raised in Arizona from the age of 9. She met her husband, Scott, in Arizona and had 4 amazing children which she calls her finest accomplishments. She and her husband decided 28 years ago to move their family to Iowa, giving them the opportunity to be raised closer to family. Their children have blessed them with 5 grandchildren and 6 grand puppies which they enjoy every minute of.

In Iowa, Ronda had an extensive career in sales for the past 25 years. She loves the opportunity to meet new people and learn about them and their life goals. Seven years ago, she and her husband built a 5-story building, giving her the experience of being a general on a commercial property. Her vision was to empower entrepreneurs and assist them in starting a business with a low start-up cost to enable success. She has a zest for life and a passion for creating meaningful connections by creating a deep bond built on trust and respect.

Her hobbies are spending time with her husband and mini doodles and traveling by car to see their children and grandchildren. She also loves long walks, cooking, biking, and visiting breweries. She and her husband recently moved to The Villages after visiting on a lifestyle visit. They knew after two days that this was where they wanted to be. Seeing the beauty, the entertainment, golf courses and carts, pools, trails, and all the SMILES was enough to convince them they made the right choice. They built their dream home in The Village of DeLuna and have been taking it all in ever since.
