Growing up in the Air Capital of the World, it was only natural for Paul to join the US Air Force after high school. With a solid foundation as an aircraft mechanic, he transitioned into Air Traffic Control, serving diligently for 28 years. Concurrently, Paul built a successful real estate career in the Kansas City metropolitan area, spanning 11 years before he and his wife took a leap of faith by relocating to The Villages in 2021 — sight unseen!

The move was a life-changing decision, and while some friends thought it was risky, Paul embraced the adventure wholeheartedly. Today, his only regret is not making the move sooner. This personal experience has equipped him with the insight and empathy to guide clients through similar transitions, making a potentially daunting process feel like an exciting new chapter.

Living the active lifestyle at The Villages, Paul enjoys water volleyball, occasional golf, pickleball, and dancing at the squares. On any given free night, you’re likely to find him and his wife among the dancing crowd. A BBQ enthusiast, Paul loves smoking meat, with brisket and ribs topping his favorites. Together with his wife Clarie, they have four daughters and seven grandchildren who adore visiting and exploring The Villages many attractions.

Paul’s dedication to service is unwavering, and his passion for helping others realize their retirement dreams is the driving force behind his success.
