Kim Shouppe is a native Floridian. She was born in Florida and raised in Malone, which is a small town nestled in the Panhandle. Kim attended Florida State University and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Communication and Public Affairs. She attended Mississippi College School of Law where she received her law degree. Prior to joining Properties of The Villages, Kim worked as an executive for a major telecommunications company for 18 years, focusing primarily on financial performance, strategic planning, and project development. She is also a member of the Florida Bar and worked as an Assistant State Attorney and opened her own law firm in Bay County, Florida before making The Villages home.

Kim and her husband Jeff, who is also a Florida native, visited The Villages and absolutely fell in love with the lifestyle and beautiful area in Central Florida. They knew immediately that they wanted to become a part of the dream. You might see Kim playing pickleball, dining in the squares, working in the woodshop or walking her dog, Scooter. She and her husband also enjoy spending time with Kim’s son, Tyler, who also works as a Sales Representative for Properties of The Villages.

Kim is enthusiastic and has a genuine love for people. Her Southern hospitality carries over into every aspect of her life. She is highly motivated to make the home buying or selling process as simple as it can be and to take as much stress off of her clients as possible.
