Jolene’s journey to The Villages began in the early 2000’s when she and her husband joined her parents to enjoy and experience a lifestyle preview plan. Originally from Upstate NY, she enjoyed growing up just walking distance from Lake Ontario but longed for sunny skies and warmer days.

After earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business, her career in customer service began as a jewelry store manager, where she honed her skills in providing exceptional experiences for each individual who walked through the door. This foundation led her to the bold step of venturing into entrepreneurship, as she embarked on the fulfilling path of owning her own boutique.

Jolene and her family moved to The Villages area along with her parents who are still living in The Villages today. Both of her children have had the privilege of attending The Villages Charter School. She has been blessed with being able to attend many football games and competitions to be her children’s biggest cheerleader.

Jolene is an avid reader and lifelong learner, continuously seeking out new knowledge and perspectives to enrich both her personal and professional life. While her professional achievements speak to her dedication to service and entrepreneurship, she considers her greatest accomplishments to be the moments spent with her children.

Jolene joined Properties of The Villages with five years real estate experience and brings commitment to integrity, empathy, and excellence.
