As a lifetime resident of Florida, Jada has seen the positive impact and growth of The Villages community for many years. Jada was born in Orlando and grew up in South Florida. She attended Florida Atlantic University and completed a bachelor’s degree in education and was awarded “Teacher of the Year” in her first year of teaching.

In 2008, Jada moved to Orlando to further her education. She started working at Siemens while earning a master’s degree in Corporate Business Administration from Florida International University. She spent eight years in various marketing roles and was blessed with opportunities to travel internationally to Germany, Turkey, Brazil, England, and Dubai.

Jada met her husband, Jeff, in 2014 and relocated to Leesburg. This move offered her a new career opportunity as the Director of Economic Development for Sumter County. In this role, she connected businesses with county and partner resources, utilized her marketing expertise to recruit new businesses to the county, and led the team to earn the prestigious Accredited Economic Development Organization designation. During this time, Jada saw the amazing opportunities The Villages brought to the community and knew it was a special place.

It was a natural transition for Jada to join the team at Properties of The Villages. Jada is a third-generation real estate professional. Her grandmother was a successful broker and founded Florida Living Investments in downtown Orlando. Jada has many happy childhood memories of summers spent learning about real estate. Her passion for helping others shines through in her ability to listen to and understand the needs of her customers. Jada lives in Leesburg, near The Village of Dabney, with her husband and their two children, Gunnar and Miriam. She enjoys spending time with her family by the lake, playing with their three dogs, baking healthy treats in the kitchen, and traveling.
