Carol Ann Wyatt has been with Properties of The Villages since 2010.

Carol Ann is originally from Cherry Hill, NJ and relocated to Florida by way of Charlotte, NC, where her and her husband Chris had been in the construction industry for twenty years.   Considering the similarities between construction and sales, it was a seamless transition.  

Chris and Carol Ann enjoy spending time with their family.  They have three sons.  The oldest is married and gave them their first grandkids, a boy and girl. 

In her spare time, Carol Ann enjoys cooking, reading and attending sporting events.  Her favorite is college football. 

Carol Ann and Chris came to the Villages in 2008 to be near parents who have lived in the Villages since the late 1990s.  

Carol Ann and Chris have always worked as a team.  They went to school for their licensing and have continued to work together since.  Carol Ann focuses on marketing the homes of her residents, and preparing them for their next step.  As a team, they continuously meet and exceed the need of their residents.  Carol Ann continues to learn and grow her knowledge of  the real estate industry through additional education and licensing.
