Bradley Bauserman has been a Villages resident since 2024. His journey here is one of loss, discovery, and renewal. Bradley lost his beautiful wife, Lynn, to cancer in 2020; she was only 51 years old. They were living in Boise, Idaho, having moved there from San Antonio, TX only months earlier.

For the next few years, Bradley focused on healing and fulfilling job responsibilities. He spent downtime contemplating what his future might hold. He was thankful that he and Lynn had chased their dream of moving to Idaho, but he was feeling like it was now time for a change.

As if by fate, one day, a friend told Bradley about a move she was making from Boise to The Villages. Bradley was familiar with The Villages, having lived nearby after his enlistment in the United States Air Force. His friend shared a brochure and encouraged him to book a Lifestyle Preview Plan stay, which he promptly did.

Shortly after arriving in The Villages for the stay, and meeting the residents of Florida’s Friendliest Hometown, he realized that living in The Villages was an answer to prayers. Bradley returned to Idaho, listed his home for sale, and began the process of moving here. Within months, he moved into his Patio Villa in the new Eastport area, where he was one of the area’s first five residents.

Like other Villagers, Bradley has been blessed with the renewal and excitement of living out a new chapter in life in The Villages. His dream move soon led to his role as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Properties of The Villages. He is humbled by the opportunity to serve others who share a desire to discover their own next chapter in life.

Bradley enjoys golf, skiing, motorcycles, and grilling. He holds an MPA from The University of South Dakota, a BA from Michigan State University, and an AAS from The Community College of The Air Force. He is the proud parent of a son Maxwell, who lives in Kentucky and visits dad for father-son adventures in The Villages.
