As a family man, former Marine, avid golfer, sports fanatic and man of God, Robbie not only understands the importance of family, faith and a healthy lifestyle, but also how your community can have a positive and profound impact on your life and well-being.

Originally a New Hampshire native, Robbie spent his early years in the Northeast before moving to Florida, where he attended high school in nearby Ocala.

After the world was shook by the events of 9/11, Robbie felt it was his civic duty to fight for his country, and in May of 2002 he enlisted in the U.S Marine Corps. He served a total of six years in the USMC achieving the rank of E-5/Sgt. During his enlistment, Robbie spent 7 months in Iraq delivering beans, bullets and Band-Aids to fellow Marines; was accepted into Marine Security Guard School in which he learned computer and monitoring systems to operate and lock down American Embassies; and spent just under a year in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as well as his final two years in Okinawa, Japan.

Upon receiving an honorable discharge from the Marine Corps in 2008, Robbie wanted to spend more time with his family and began working for his father at the Bill Bryan Auto Group. His years spent in the automotive industry not only taught him of cars and horsepower, but how the trust and rapport built with his customers, was more fulfilling than the sale of a car. While the auto industry and real estate markets were on the decline throughout the country in his years at Bill Bryan, Robbie noticed that The Villages market seemed to stay consistent and allowed him to continue to help people find reliable vehicles suitable to their financial parameters.

During his time in the auto industry, he began connections with Villagers and realized his passion for building relationships were mirrored in The Villages company values—this propelled him to seek a position helping people find their dream home in Florida’s Friendliest Hometown.

If you were to ask Robbie who his biggest fans and role models are, he would surely say his loving parents, Robert and Phyllis, and his son, Sultan. Growing up, his mother always told him to count his blessings and not his problems, which accrues to his never-ending devotion to his relationships with not only friends and family, but acquaintances and strangers alike. Robbie’s strong faith in God and “What would Jesus do?” mindset push him to help those in need or those less fortunate than he.

In his free time, you’ll find Robbie golfing, spending time with friends and family, and watching or playing sports such as basketball and baseball. Along with watching a great game comes enjoying a great beer, which Robbie does by trying different types of brews and breweries to compliment his competitive, loyal fandom.
