“Being a Florida native and serving your Villages real estate needs since 1992, I bring significant experience and knowledge to assist you in your Villages journey in either buying or selling. My most successful accomplishment is my family; married to Lori Yoder for 30 years, a father of two amazing children Uriah and Maranda, and 3 grandchildren (the best grandkids ever – my opinion).

After 27 years in real estate sales with Properties of The Villages, I’ve recently had time to reflect on my experiences, what’s most important, and why. It’s all about the relationships and the purpose that God has led me to this profession. To put it simply, it’s to help people’s retirement dreams come true and have a true passion for serving people.

Growing up in Miami and the Florida Keys, fishing, diving, and playing sports allowed me to view firsthand the beauty of this state we call home. Being an avid outdoorsman, fishing is my ultimate favorite sport.

My family and friends have become accustomed to me being their selected chef for family gatherings and holidays; cooking is my passion and through cooking I serve others. Beyond my family, and The Villages, may I offer a piece of my heart with cooking to fundraise for anyone that needs a hand up. A group of my colleagues and I serve as chefs for “The Seasoning Squad” which is a fundraising event to help the community. Giving to all is what has helped me, humbled me, and makes me the happiest.
