Nick Sanchirico is originally from Miami Florida. When Nicholas was young, his grandparents moved to The Villages, in The Village of Glenbrook. After a few trips to visit The Villages, Nick’s family decided to move to central Florida to keep the family close. This is when Nick’s experience with The Villages began as he spent time visiting his grandparents and attending The Villages Charter School.

Nick attended The Villages Charter School from 8th grade until he graduated from the newly constructed high school in 2007. During his time in high school, he made Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing his regular hang-out spot with friends on Friday and Saturday nights. His first job in High School was at the Old Mill Playhouse in Lake Sumter Landing.

Nick next had the opportunity to again help The Villages community by working as a water and wastewater technician and then later as an assistant manager for District Property Management. While working for District Property Management, Nick had the pleasure of working with residents firsthand, meeting and speaking to many of them at their homes. Serving the residents in The Villages has always been a passion for Nicholas and has made his love for the community strong.

Nick is happily married with four children. His children all attend The Villages Charter School. Nick and his family live in Oxford Oaks, a community just outside The Villages. Nick and his family consider The Villages to be their hometown. Working with the Properties of The Villages has been a dream come true!
