Born and raised in New Jersey, Antoinette Kolesnikov is a first-generation born here in the United States. With a heritage of Russian ancestry, Antoinette’s parents came to this country in search of a better life, and instilled values of hard work and perseverance.

A servant leader, Antoinette ‘AK’ Kolesnikov had a long and successful career of service with the US Air Force. She filled many positions during her 35+ years with the Air Force, from Flight Operations and Crew Dispatch to Communications and Information, rising to the rank of Chief Master Sergeant. While constant change was the norm in the military, one thing always remained true and that was her continuous desire to help people grow and be their best.

Antoinette is tickled pink to be a resident of Florida’s Friendliest Hometown. After searching the country for a place to call home in retirement, Antoinette discovered The Villages in 2008 and was immediately sold. She visited for 4 years and moved here permanently after retiring in 2012, living in The Village of Belvedere. Fulfilling her own dream of building her dream home, she now lives in The Village of Marsh Bend, where she can walk and bike the miles of trails around the Hogeye Preserve, and enjoy the beauty of nature and all of its splendor.

A firm believer of giving back to the community, Antoinette has served as a mentor at The Villages Charter High School for the last 6 years, mentoring 4 students from freshman year to senior graduation.

Antoinette is passionate about helping people fulfill their dreams.
