Alysa Hritzik is a Central Florida native and has been a real estate agent in the area since 2002. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Alysa began her real estate career in marketing for Del Webb Communities. When she saw how fun and rewarding it was to be a sales representative, she got her real estate license and made the switch! When Pulte Homes acquired Del Webb Communities, Alysa was selected as part of a small sales team to open Fore Ranch in Ocala, a master-planned family community. This experience taught her a lot about sales management, development processes and pre-construction home sales since the team did not have model homes or roads within the community when they began selling to customers. Over the next 18 years Alysa gained experience with first-time homebuyers, retirement and relocation buyers and sellers, property management, and distressed home sales.

Alysa has been married to her husband Mike for 20 years and they have a son and a daughter who attend The Villages Charter School. Mike owns Lake County Air Conditioning & Heating and in their free time they enjoy fishing, boating, camping, snow skiing, traveling, hunting and watching their children play soccer and golf. Alysa and Mike are both active in their church where he is an elder and she is a deacon. Alysa is a 2020 graduate of Leadership Lake County, an organization where current and emerging leaders are identified and recruited into the program.

The entrepreneurial spirit is hereditary for Alysa! Her father was a third-generation custom homebuilder and her mother, Peggy Coven, started an antique rose nursery as a family business when Alysa was in middle school. Her mother has been with Properties of The Villages since 2015 as a top producing professional and is the reason Alysa joined this incredible team.

“The most enjoyable aspect of real estate is getting to know my clients deeply. Helping connect them to exactly what they are looking for in a home and community is a pleasure. Being a trusted source for information and guidance during the home-buying process is both a privilege and a joy. I still stay in touch with my very first clients from back in 2002! They purchased a part-time Florida home with my help. We vacationed as a family in Maine a few years ago and even met up with them for breakfast in their hometown. I treat my clients like family and take my responsibility as their representative very seriously. Finding their dream home to live out the amazing retirement years is so much fun that it shouldn’t be called work!”
